Dr. David S. Bistritz, DDS

Dr. David S. Bistritz is a general dentist and the founder of Aventura Dental Center. He has been serving the Aventura community since 1989 and has over 37 years of experience.

His interest in healthcare started in high school, volunteering at a local hospital dental clinic. He earned his dental degree from the University of Maryland Dental School, where he focused on a comprehensive approach to patient care.

## What he focuses on

Dr. Bistritz specializes in general, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, offering treatments such as dental implants, porcelain veneers and smile makeovers. For full-arch cases he plans implant positions with 3D imaging before treatment begins, then follows patients through healing to the final restoration.

## How he practises

Patients describe him as knowledgeable, honest and thorough. He explains findings, shows you what needs to be done, and does not pressure anyone into treatment. Nervous patients are talked through each step and treated at their own pace.
